Production & shipping times

Because every item is made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships. Delivery times then vary by destination and method, generally 3–8 business days within the US after production.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your destination.

Returns & refunds

Because print-on-demand items are made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a free reprint or a refund — your choice.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows a problem or your package doesn’t arrive, reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
